Chef's Coat, Mouth Blown Glass Ornament

This double-breasted cotton jacket is reversible to hide stains & has knotted cloth buttons to survive frequent laundering. Marie-Antoine Careme developed the current chef's uniform in the mid-19th century. "Chef's whites" also includes the toque blanche & black/white hound's-tooth pants. White represents cleanliness. This beautiful glass ornament has been carefully mouth blown in a finely crafted mold. Then a hot solution of cash was poured inside. Finally, the ornament has been delicately hand painted with lots of lacquer and some bright colored glitter for you to enjoy!
